8 bars	All set right and left and forward and backward to partner, then first two couples right hand star once round
8 bars	All set right and left and forward and backward to neighbour, then first two couples left hand star once round
8 bars	First couple lead down the middle and up and cast to second place, second couple moving up
8 bars	All allemande turn right and then left with partner
Repeat dance from progressed position.
