Introduction and Honours (4 bars)
4 bars	First couple turn with right hand and cast off one
4 bars	First couple turn with left hand and lady cast up and man down to form lines of three across the dance
4 bars	Balance three and three across the dance twice, first couple turning single to own sides on last bar
4 bars	Balance three and three on the sides twice
8 bars	Man whole figure of eight round the bottom couple while the lady does the same round the top couple. Set to partners.
Repeat from progressed position. For a three couple dance lead down at end of figure of eight
