8 bars	The first and second couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then set to their neighbour and return
8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande (back to back)
8 bars	The first man dances a figure of eight around the third couple at bottom, the first lady does the same with the second couple at top
8 bars	The first man dances a figure of eight around the second couple at top, the first lady does the same with the third couple at bottom
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
