8 bars	The first couple cast off two couples and back again
8 bars	The top two couples form a right hand star and circle half around; then left back again
8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and back, and cast off into second place
8 bars	The first couple allemande (e.g. overhead)
16 bars	Circle left at the bottom, then four changes of a circular hey at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
