16 bars	The top two couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then all set to their neighbour and return
8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and back, and cast off into second place
8 bars	The first couple allemande (e.g. overhead)
16 bars	The first couple swing their right hand corner, then their partner, then their left corner, then their partner
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
