8 bars	The first couple cross into second place (second couple move up), and lead the opposite two dancers out at the sides, then set and turn to face back in; lead back in, set again, and return to original places (second couple move down)
8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and back, and cast off into second place
8 bars	The first couple pousette with the second couple once around
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
