8 bars	First couple cast off two couples and back again
8 bars	The top two couples set and change places passing right shoulders, then set and change places back again
8 bars	First couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up. First couple allemande turns (back to back).
8 bars	First couple swing partner, then first corner, then partner and then second corner
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
