4 bars	The first couple cast off two couples and back again
4 bars	The first couple cross and cast around the second couple, then around third couple, lead to the top and cast into second place
4 bars	Passing each other by the right, the first couple two-hand turn their right hand corners, then their left hand corners
4 bars	The first couple lead out between the men, the first man performs a figure 8 at the bottom, first lady at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
