DOUBLE FIGURE
8 bars	Both couples set to neighbour, ladies join hands and change sides, then set to neighbour and return
8 bars	First couple dances a figure of eight dance around the second couple, and back home
8 bars	First couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; the top couples set to their neighbour
8 bars	Passing each other by the right, first couple two-hand turn right hand corners then left hand corner
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
