8 bars	The first and second couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then set to their neighbour and return
8 bars	First couple lead down the middle and return to second place, seconds move up. First couple allemande turns.
8 bars	The first couple swing partner, then first corner, then partner and then second corner
8 bars	The first couple lead out between the men, the first man performs a figure 8 at the bottom, first lady at the top, ending in progressed places
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
