4 bars	The first couple cast off two couples and back again
4 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and back, and cast off into second place
4 bars	The first couple set to their first corner, turn partners once around, set to their second corner, and three quarter turn their partners (ending in the middle facing the men)
4 bars	The first couple lead out between the men, the first man performs a figure 8 at the bottom, first lady at the top, ending in progressed places
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
