8 bars	The first man leads down with the second lady, and returns
8 bars	The first couple cross and cast into second place, then half turn to progressed places
8 bars	The first couple lead through the bottom couple and cast back to the middle
16 bars	All six join hands across and circle once around to the right and then back again to the left
16 bars	The first couple pousette with the second couple once around
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
