8 bars	The first couple lead out between the ladies and cast around into the centre, then out between the men and end in lines of three
8 bars	The lines of three set then the first couple move back to the sides, the two lines set on the sides
8 bars	All six join right hands across and circle once around, then back again with left hands
8 bars	Lead Outsides: The first couple join hands, and gallop out at the mans side and set; then gallop to the ladys side, return and turn in the middle back to progressed places
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
