8 bars	All three couples promenade around the set
8 bars	The first couple cast down one place, then dance a half figure of eight through the bottom couple ending improper in progressed places
8 bars	The three ladies join right hands across, the three man face clockwise and take the left hand of the lady to their right, all six go around and back again
8 bars	The first lady hey at the top, the first man hey at the bottom; they cross home at the end of the figure
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
