16 bars	The first couple lead out between the two ladies (the second couple move up) and individually cast around them returning to the centre, then out between the two men and cast around them ending in progressed positions
8 bars	The top two couples join hands and circle once around, and back again
8 bars	Swap diagonals at the top passing near shoulder each time; begin with the first man and second lady, the couples passing back-to-back
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
