2 bars	The first couple swing with right hand and then cast off one place
2 bars	The first couple swing with left hand and then the lady cast up and man down to form lines of three across the set
2 bars	Balance in lines of three then the first couple three quarters 2-hand turn to the sides
2 bars	Balance in lines of three at the sides then the first couple 2-hand turn to progressed places
4 bars	All six join hands and circle left once around and back again
4 bars	The first couple join hands, and gallop out at the mans side, then return; then gallop out at the womens side, and return
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
