8 barsThe first couple sets to the second man, then circles with him; then repeat for the second lady
4 barsThe first couple joins hands and slips down the middle and returns to second place, the seconds moving up.
4 barsThe top two couples set twice to each other.
8 barsThe first couple swing their partner, then their first corner, then their partner again, and then their second corner
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
