8 bars	First couple swing with right hands around the second couple, then with left as the second couple move up
8 bars	Second couple swing with right hands around the first couple, then with left as the first couple move up
8 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande turns (back to back)
8 bars	The first couple move into lines across (man down, lady up) and all six set; then move back home and all six set
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
