8 bars	Half right hand star at the top, and half left back again; first couple cast down two places
8 bars	Half right hand star at the bottom, and half left back again; first couple cast up two places
8 bars	First couple go around opposite, then around third neighbour and return to second place; Second couple move up
8 bars	First couple swing partner, then first corner, then partner and then second corner
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
