8 bars	Top two couples set to partner and two changes of a circular hay; then set to neighbour and two changes back
8 bars	Right hand star at the top, and left back again
8 bars	First couple leads down the middle and back, and casts off into second place
8 bars	Circle left at the bottom, then four changes of a circular hey at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
