8 bars	First couple cast off two couples and back again
8 bars	First couple go around opposite, then around third neighbour and return to second place; Second couple move up
8 bars	First couple lead through the top couple, set to their corners and turn their partner
8 bars	First couple lead out between the men, the first man performs a figure 8 at the bottom, first lady at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
