8 bars	First couple cast to middle and right hand star at the bottom
8 bars	First couple cast up and left hand star at the top
16 bars	First couple go around opposite, then around third neighbour and return to the top and cast into second place
8 bars	First couple set to first corner, turn, set to second corner, and three quarter turn
8 bars	First couple lead out between the men, the first man performs a figure 8 at the bottom, first lady at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
