4 bars	First couple cast to middle and circle left with the third couple
4 bars	First couple cast up and circle right with the second couple
8 bars	First couple lead down the middle, cast below the bottom couple and return home, the second and third couples follow them
8 bars	First couple cross, cast and cross into second place, then four changes of a circular hey with the second couple
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
