Introduction and Honours (4 bars)
8 bars	First couple pass and turn single, then pass back and turn single
8 bars	Top 2 couples turn a right hand star, and back with the left hand
4 bars	First couple cross and cast and second couple move up
4 bars	First couple cross and cast again and dance up into second position
8 bars	Circle slip-step left at the bottom, then four changes of a circular hey at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
To make a three couple set move the last circle to the top and do just three changes at the bottom
