8 bars	First couple turn with left hand and lady cast up and man down to form lines of three across the dance
8 bars	Balance three and three across the dance twice, first couple turning single to own sides on last bar
8 bars	Balance three and three on the sides twice
16 bars	Half circle left, and back again
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
