8 bars	First couple lead down the middle and return to second place, seconds move up; then allemande turn
8 bars	First couple lead through the bottom couple, cast up and set, then lead through the top couple and cast down
8 bars	Circle left at the bottom, then four changes of a circular hey at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
