Introduction and Honours (4 bars)
8 bars	First couple cast down one place, then dance a figure of eight through the bottom couple.
8 bars	First couple cast up one place, then dance a figure of eight through the second couple.
8 bars	All couples pass and turn single, then pass back and turn single
8 bars	First couple cross, cast and cross into second place, then four changes of a circular hey with the second couple
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
