8 bars	The top two couples change sides and then right hand star once around
8 bars	The top two couples change sides back again and left hand star once around
8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and back, and cast off into second place
8 bars	Circle left at the bottom, then four changes of a circular hay at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
