8 barsHead couples demi-promenade across and back again
8 barsHead couple turn partner by right and by the left
8 barsSide couples demi-promenade across and back again
8 barsSide couple turn partner by right and by the left
8 barsThe head couples draw pousette with the couple on their right (men pull their vis-a-vis lady); then repeat to end in opposite places
8 barsHalf a grand chain to return home
Continue with 2nd change, main figure, third change and so on
Changes may be 8 or 16 bars long; if you are using our recording the changes are 16 bars long
