8 bars	First couple cast off, then lead through the bottom couple, cast up and circle with the second couple
8 bars	First couple cast off below the bottom couple, lead up and cast into the middle, and circle with the third couple
8 bars	First couple set twice to and then turn their right corner, repeat for the left corner
8 bars	All 6 Circle left, then four turns of a circular hey at the top
Repeat the dance with a new first couple
