8 bars	Two couples set twice to their partner, then two changes of a circular hey; then set to neighbour and back again
8 bars	First couple cast off, then lead through the bottom couple and cast to middle, lead up and cast around the top couple
8 bars	Circle left at the bottom, then four changes of a circular hey at the top
Repeat the dance with a new first couple
