8 bars	First couple lead down the middle, cast below the bottom couple and return home, the second and third couples follow them
8 bars	Circle left and back again
8 bars	The first couple meet, join hands and side step down the set, return, set and cast into second place
8 bars	Top two couples four changes of a circular hey
8 bars	The first man heys with the third couple, the first woman circles with the second couple
8 bars	The first man circles with the third couple, the first woman heys with the second couple
8 bars	First man dances a half figure of eight at the bottom, the lady does the same at the top; meet in the middle and turn 1.5 times
8 bars	Top two couples four changes of a circular hey
Repeat the dance with a new first couple
