8 bars	First couple swing with right hands around the second couple, then turn ala waltz as the second couple move up
8 bars	First couple swing partner, then first corner, then partner and then second corner
8 bars	Four changes of a circular hey at the bottom, then the first couple lead through the top and cast back to middle
8 bars	Circle left and back again
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
