Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
16 barsFIRST CHANGE: All 8 balance, rigadon, and half circle round to the right; balance, rigadon, and return to the left
MAIN FIGURE (48 bars)
4 barsThe head couples contretems forward, take hands with their vis-a-vis and chasse into side positions; the sides chasse outwards
4 barsThe side couples hands across and round to places; the heads separate and turn their partners back to places
8 barsRepeat the last 8 bars, but heads and sides swap roles
4 barsThe head couples contretems forward, take hands with their vis-a-vis and chasse into side positions; the sides chasse out then rigadon, ending in lines across
4 barsAll 8 contretems forward, and back
4 barsInside and outside dancers chasse croise to change places, and rigadon
4 barsThe inside couples hands across and round to places; the outside couples turn partners to places
16 barsRepeat the previous 16 bars, but the heads and sides swap roles
CONTINUE AS 2nd Change, Main Figure, 3rd Change, and so on...
