8 bars	First couple cast off two couples and back again
8 bars	The top couple start a chain figure around the set
8 bars	First couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up. First couple allemande turns (back to back).
8 bars	The 1st lady goes left around the 3rd man, then right around the second; the 1st man goes right around the 3rd lady, then left around 2nd
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
