Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	The first lady advance and retire twice
8 bars	The opposite man advance and retire twice
8 bars	Four ladies moulinet with right hand and return with left hand
8 bars	Ladies join right hands in the centre, men take their partners left hands, and form two lines. Set twice, then turn the men into the middle
8 bars	Men join left hands in the centre, ladies take their partners right hands, and form two lines. Set twice, then turn back to places
8 bars	All 4 couples promenade around the set
Repeat for each top couple in turn
