Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	The 4 ladies hands across, and moulinet around to places
8 bars	All 4 couples join left hands with partners, and set for 8 bars
8 bars	All 4 couples promenade around the set
8 bars	The ladies give right hand to their partners right hand, turn into lines across the set, and balance twice
4 bars	All 4 couples half promenade around the set to end in opposite positions
4 bars	Head couples chasse croise and cross over to home positions
4 bars	Side couples chasse croise and cross over to home positions
4 bars	All 4 couples turn their partners
Repeat, this time the Men lead
