Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	The head men advance and retire twice with the two ladies on each side of them
8 bars	All 4 ladies perform a ladies chain
8 bars	The 1st man advances and retires; then the opposite lady advances and retires
8 bars	The head couples advance and retire, then turn their partners
Repeat for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th men
