Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	The head couples advance and retire, then turn their opposites with two hands (ending in their original positions)
8 bars	The first lady and her opposite chasse around their partners; then the head couples half a Chaine Anglaise
8 bars	The four ladies right hand star, then left hand star back again
8 bars	All turn the person on their corner; then the head couples half a Chaine Anglaise back home
Repeat for each couple in turn
