Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	The 4 men cast behind their partners then cross the set into opposite place; they swing the opposite lady half round with the right hand, back with the left
8 bars	All couples chasse-croise with demi-balance
8 bars	The ladies circle to the right and left
8 bars	Half a Grand Chain
8 bars	The ladies circle around the Set to the right back to places, all set to partners
8 bars	The 1st man and his opposite join hands and balance to the 4th couple; then two hand turn to places
Repeat for each couple in turn
