4 bars	The 1st lady right hand turn the 2nd man, then left hand turn back
4 bars	The 1st man right hand turn the 2nd lady, then left hand turn back
8 bars	The 1st lady goes down the middle while the 1st man leads outside, they return together up the middle and cast into middle position
8 bars	First couple swing partner, then first corner, then partner and then second corner
Repeat from the progressed position
