8 bars	First couple cast to middle and right hand star at the bottom with the third couple
8 bars	First couple cast up and left hand star at the top with the second couple
8 bars	First couple lead down the middle, cast below the bottom couple and return home, the second and third couples follow them
8 bars	First couple cross, cast and cross into second place, then four changes of a circular hey with the second couple
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
