Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	All 8 circle round with the quick waltz step
8 bars	The first couple join hands and advance and retire, then advance and set
8 bars	The first couple chasse croise in the centre of the set without dropping hands
16 bars	The opposite couple repeat the previous 16 bars
8 bars	The four in the middle turn to face the side couples, set to them, then turn them with both hands ending in original positions
4 bars	All 8 set to the person on their corner (who they have just turned)
4 bars	All 8 turn the person on their corner with the right hand
8 bars	The head couples advance and retire twice
Repeat the dance for the side couples.
