| 4 bars | Half turn 3 hands on each side so that ends swap. First couple falling back into 2nd place improper |
| 8 bars | 1st & 2nd couple (bottom two) full pousette |
| 8 bars | 2nd & 3rd couples (two ends of set) full drawn poussete round 1st couple, who remain still in the middle |
| 12 bars | Form into circle and hold hands. All advance and retire, men pass their right hand lady to their left. The men dont change position. Repeat twice more. |
| 4 bars | All 2-hand turn partner a whole or half turn to get back onto their correct side. |
