4 bars	The three ladies take hands and lead round the three men, the men move forward
4 bars	The men take hands and lead round the ladies
8 bars	The top two couples pousette once around
4 bars	The first couple cross and cast into second place and half right hand turn
4 bars	Four passes of Right and Left at top, the lady pirouettes under the mans arm
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
